About Homebase
Fernhurst’s Homebase program is for women who are currently homeless or at risk of homelessness. Homebase is a housing partnership with the State of Hawaii Office on Homelessness and Housing Solutions and the City and County of Honolulu Department of Community Services.
Participant Eligibility Requirements
Individual Female Participant
Must be a resident of Oʻahu for more than 90 days
Employed or actively seeking employment (Must obtain work within 30 days of arrival)
Can verify homelessness or risk of homelessness
Drug and alcohol free
Willingness to participate in all program areas
