BEGINNING

WAHINE RISING

Wahine Rising is a 30-hour leadership program created to help elevate our future women leaders. This program focuses on potential women leaders looking to build core competencies.

Through facilitated classes and our Mink Wahine Leadership events, the women will learn about various leadership issues and topics that are relevant to their personal and professional development.

The Patsy T. Mink Leadership Alliance is a 10-month program designed for professional women leaders and entrepreneurs who are committed to personal growth, professional impact, and community leadership. This program further develops management and leadership skills in an effort to increase the representation of women executives in Hawai‘i.

Through facilitated sessions, the cohort will have the opportunity to engage directly with established business professionals and build alliances with fellow Mink Leaders.

WAHINE LEADERSHIP SERIES

The Patsy T. Mink Center hosts four Mink Wahine Luncheon events throughout the year. The events focus on various leadership issues and topics that are relevant to professional women in Hawaii. MCBL is now offering three luncheons as a poolside chat format and a year-end pau hana to enable attendees to deepen their connection with featured speakers and hosts and network with each other.

WAHINE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The Mink Wahine Mentorship Program empowers and supports female leaders and entrepreneurs by nurturing a culture of mentorship, skill development, and professional growth. This program aims to provide a platform for experienced mentors to guide and inspire mentees of all levels, helping them to dream big and achieve their career/personal goals and navigate various challenges.
